Anastasia

My name is Anastasia, and I deeply believe that God meets us in the very places we wish He would skip… the messy, confusing, painful chapters of life. I have learned that He does not waste tears, and He does not abandon stories halfway through. He is a Redeemer, even when things feel broken beyond repair.
I am passionate about sitting with people in those tender spaces, places of grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, faith questions, and seasons where life simply feels too heavy. I believe that healing happens in safe, honest, compassionate connection, and that counseling can be a sacred place where the heart can finally exhale.
I also understand that pain is not theoretical. It is personal. My own story has included loss, betrayal, trauma, and seasons that brought me to my knees before God. Through those experiences I learned the beauty of His nearness, the strength of resilience, and the miracle of hope returning one small step at a time. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you discover that same hope in your own life.
A little about me:
I am a mom of five amazing children who keep life very real, very loud, and very full of love. They have taught me about grace, laughter, and starting over… sometimes several times a day. Before graduate school I played tennis competitively, and I still love the reminder that life, like tennis, is not about never missing, it is about getting back in the game after you do.
I am currently earning my Master’s degree in Counseling and serving here as an intern. My heart is to create a counseling space where you feel seen and safe, where you do not have to pretend to be “fine.” In our time together, tears are welcome, laughter is welcome, doubt is welcome, and your story is deeply respected.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for change, I would love to walk with you. There is hope. There is healing. God is not finished with your story, and the next chapter can begin right where you are.

Carolyn

My name is Carolyn Hitchcock, and I am counseling intern with a heart for supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with compassion, wisdom, and faith-centered care. I am currently pursuing my training in clinical mental health counseling, where I am developing skills in active listening, emotional support, and practical guidance grounded in both psychological principles and biblical truth.
I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where people feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe in walking alongside others as they navigate struggles such as anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, life stressors, and personal growth, while integrating faith as a source of hope and healing.
My approach is gentle, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that every person is created with purpose and dignity. I am excited to take this journey with you.

Luke

My name is Luke, and I believe that healing often begins in the places we try to avoid—the parts of us that feel confusing, heavy, or unfinished. I believe God meets us there, not with judgment, but with compassion, patience, and a desire to restore what feels broken.
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, and relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, helping you better understand yourself rather than feeling like something is “wrong” with you.
I strive to integrate faith in a way that feels natural and supportive, not forced. I believe therapy can be a space where both your emotional and spiritual experiences are welcomed and honored.
My desire to become a therapist comes from a genuine passion for working with people and walking alongside them as they make sense of their experiences and move toward growth. I believe no one is beyond change, and that even small steps forward matter.
A little about me: I love spending time with my wife, being outdoors, working in the garden, and being around my dogs. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of slowing down and being present.
I am currently serving as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) trainee, working under the supervision of Joy Kendall, MA, LMFT 48912 at Fourth Street Christian Therapist. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for something to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
