Sunday Feature, May 10

The bottom line? God is Good! Meaning that even if the middle of our story is hard, we know that the end is good. If we believe in Jesus, then our story ends in heaven where there is no pain or hurt or sadness anymore.
1. Is there something that has happened to you or that you are going through right now that is hard?
2. What kinds of things happen in our lives that make us feel bad, sad, mad, or hurt?

Sunday Feature, May 17

After Jesus had died and come back to life, his friends knew that news had to be shared with everyone. They finally understood that Jesus came to change the world and to help everyone have a relationship with God. So they did what everyone does when they’re excited about something—they started talking about it. They told everyone they could about what Jesus had done, and the joy they shared spread around the world.

Sunday Feature, May 3

Having joy is different from being happy. But how? Check out this week's UpStreet online to see how you can have joy when things are awesome AND when nothing is going your way.
  1. When Paul and Silas faced all that hard stuff, they chose to praise God. How do you usually react when something hard happens?
  2. How does knowing that God loves you help you have joy?
  3. How can you find joy during this quarantine?

Sunday Feature, April 19

After that first Easter, Jesus’s friends met to make sure everyone was okay. No one expected what happened next.

Talk About It With Your Kids:

1. If you were Thomas, would it have been hard for you to believe
2. What are some things you believe in that you can't see?
3. Have any of you told Jesus that you believe in him?

Sunday Feature, April 26

Peter was one of Jesus's closest friends and promised he would NEVER leave Jesus's side. But when things looked pretty bad for Jesus, did Peter keep his promise?

Talk about it!
1. How would you feel if a good friend did something to hurt you? What if they did it three times in a row?
2. Is there anything you could do that would change Jesus's love for you?

Friday Feature, April 17

We’ve also got you covered with a Fun Family Friday. This week we our KidStuf show is on Wisdom. The show is designed for elementary-aged kids, but older preschoolers will like it too!

Sunday Feature, April 12

What Jesus did on that first Easter is the most amazing thing that has ever happened. And Jesus did it for the whole world—and that includes you. Celebrate with us as we make a big deal out of the one thing everyone in the world needs to know.
Talk About It With Your Kids:
  1. What do we celebrate at Easter?
  2. What can our family do to celebrate what Jesus did for us? (Write in sidewalk chalk on your driveway or make a poster to hang in the window that says, "Jesus Is Alive!" so your neighbors can see it.)

Sunday Music

In UpStreet, music is pretty important. Kids can learn amazing truths about God through the songs we sing each week. And when a song is on repeat in their heads, they’re reminding themselves of that truth over and over again.

If your kids have been missing their weekly dose of UpStreet songs, have them jam out to our music video playlist.

Friday Feature, April 10

Kick off Easter weekend with this KidStuf show on Faith. It's all about the questions our kids may have about Jesus and giving them the reason for the hope we have.

Sunday Feature, April 5

Jesus was a pretty popular guy. Crowds followed him everywhere he went. But when Jesus told his closest friends that he was leaving and they couldn’t come with him, they were so confused. Why would he leave?

Check out UpStreet this week as we talk about the plan Jesus had and what he wanted his friends to know before he left.
